source E shows a balanced viewpoint regarding the issue on FT. " the lack of creativity in singapore resulted from the education system which does not allow enough creative thinking." this is supported by source D "we do not have enough ppl wif the right skills and experience for our expanding economy". this shows that the govt embraked on the policy of FT due to the lack of creative juices in the locals to boost the economy... "govt policy of bringing in foreign talent as appropriate if singapore is to remain compeititive" this is supported by source B, "foreign talent brings skills and knowledge which would help us gain such an advantage". as we know singapore, being only a little dot on the world world , needs to survive by keeping a compeititive advantage and the only way to do so is via FT since the education system is singapore inhibits creative thinking within the locals ,further worsened by the probelms of brain drain , the govt thus has to introduce FT in our country's economy. this source shows the fact that the influx of FT are essential if singapore is to mantain its compeititive economy , all the claims in this source are backed up by evidence from other sources. furthermore the view is expressed by the chairman of the feedback group on foreign talent, being a british subject in the past and a singaporean now , he had seen the both sides of the picture , thus reliability is enhanced
